You will be working within a challenging environment and your role will be to manage a team of aesthetic practitioners, drive sales, and oversee compliance to ensure that the clinic meets all regulatory guidelines.
You will oversee the work of a team of aesthetic practitioners, including doctors, nurses, and aestheticians. You will monitor performance and motivate the team to meet clinic targets for sales and patient satisfaction.
You will be responsible for the operational management of the clinic, ensuring that the clinic is fully compliant with the CQC (Care Quality Commission).
You will also oversee patient service, ensuring that the patient journey is at an excellent standard from start to finish.

- You must have previous experience of managing a cosmetic clinic.
- You will have the business acumen to successfully implement the clinic’s sales strategy, the organisational skills and attention to detail needed to ensure the clinic is compliant, and you will be an inspiring leader who is able to motivate the team.
- You must have experience of working within the aesthetics or cosmetic surgery sector, with an excellent knowledge of current treatment trends and a good understanding of the process from patient enquiry to consultation to treatment.
- You will be caring, honest and have a reliable personality and ability to interact with others as part of a team.
